Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and AI ethics frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, biotech interfaces)
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on market disruption opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) for R&D collaboration
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and ROI in future markets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/AR)
- Proven track record of launching products with >$100M market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in futures methodology and scenario planning frameworks
- Strong network with Silicon Valley and Austin tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Tech Review
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Lean Startup methodologies
