Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology consulting or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, biotech)
- Published research or patents in future technology (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Experience scaling global tech initiatives with 50+ cross-functional teams
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
