Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for 2026 technology roadmaps
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Coordinate with global partners on quantum computing standardization
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through grant applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Security clearance (Top Secret/SCI) preferred
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with blockchain consensus algorithms
- Track record of scaling AI systems to 10M+ users
