Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Proven track record of executing multi-year tech transformation projects
- Certified in emerging technology frameworks (e.g., AWS ML, Google Quantum AI)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Deep understanding of tech policy implications and ethical AI governance
