Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product architectures
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruptor scenario planning
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio with P&L responsibility
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech research team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
- Portfolio demonstrating technology innovation impact
