Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and emerging trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/IoT solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 3+ years lifecycle planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
