Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps and implementation strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate complex tech trends into actionable business strategies for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting future tech adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
- Experience with agile methodologies and tech startup ecosystems
