- Manage innovation labs and prototype development cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or Web3
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience with agile frameworks and DevOps practices
