Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 5-year vision alignment
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, AI ethics, and next-gen interfaces
- Identify emerging tech disruptors (Web4, neurotech, synthetic biology) for market integration
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on tech evolution trajectories
- Build partnerships with academic labs and tech incubators for future-proof R&D
- Author thought leadership on technology's societal impact beyond 2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling tech innovations from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong executive communication with ability to simplify complex future-tech concepts
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
