Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future tech solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring future tech initiatives' ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners
- Author thought leadership content on technology evolution and industry disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast technology trends
- Executive-level communication and presentation abilities
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation
- Experience working with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
