Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation initiatives that position the company as a market leader
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast technology adoption curves
- Experience presenting to executive teams and securing buy-in for complex initiatives
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated success in managing innovation budgets over $10M
