Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market evolution and business growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, IoT, and Web3 ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, biotech convergence, AR/VR) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption curves
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to executive leadership and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor junior technologists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Institute for the Future) strongly preferred
- Exceptional data visualization skills with experience in presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year technology predictions or roadmaps
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
