- Conduct rigorous market research to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Collaborate with R&D to pilot and prototype technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous innovation and digital transformation across all departments.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) before market saturation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 2-3 years in advance.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving complex technical projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder management.
- Experience in the software, SaaS, or advanced manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
