Responsibilities

- Architect scalable solutions for decentralized systems and Web3 infrastructure
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic tech into customer experiences
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor innovation lab teams exploring prototype development
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record leading quantum/AI/blockchain implementations
- Executive-level experience in Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Expertise in scenario planning for technological disruption
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Rust)
