Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps for AI, blockchain, and quantum computing integration
- Lead scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure solutions
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify 2026-relevant startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Produce annual 'Tech Horizon' reports for executive stakeholders
- Coordinate with UN SDG task forces for sustainable tech initiatives
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with 2026+ horizon focus
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent predictive analytics
- Published research on technology's societal impact post-2025
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum governance
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
