Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or distributed systems architecture
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications (e.g., IEEE Spectrum, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-cultural R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Proficiency in scenario planning and market trend analysis tools
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent innovation credentials
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to enterprise adoption
