Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years focused on future-tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics (top-tier conferences)
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic chips, and climate tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF)
- Experience with government tech policy advisory boards
