Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on commercialization roadmap

- Experience securing >$10M in R&D funding from federal or private sources
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Moore's Law, Kurzweil's Law of Accelerating Returns)
- Track record of launching technologies adopted by >1M users within 5 years
- Security clearance (Top Secret) or ability to obtain one
