Qualifications

- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, AR/VR, quantum)

- Strong executive presence with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CEM) preferred
