- Partner with product teams to embed foresight into development lifecycles
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy discussions
- Mentor junior talent in strategic innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, climate-tech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or similar)
