Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Advanced AI from Tier 1 institution
- 7+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in quantum/AI
- Published research in Nature or Science (2020-2023)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Q#)
- Experience securing federal tech innovation grants
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ethical frameworks
- Track record of launching at least two patent-pending systems
