Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and climate tech integration
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend strategic pivots for competitive advantage
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and secure executive buy-in for experimental projects
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and tech foresight techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly desirable
