Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, IoT) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders to secure buy-in.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the development and testing of pilot programs for futuristic technologies.
- Partnerships: Identify and cultivate partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and adjust course as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of anticipating industry trends and translating them into business strategy.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies (Cloud, AI, Blockchain).
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams across multiple time zones.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
