Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business units to translate high-level strategy into actionable projects.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into competitor strategies and future market shifts to maintain our competitive edge.
- Innovation Lab Management: Oversee the internal innovation lab, testing prototypes and validating concepts for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or futurism within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (Machine Learning, Blockchain, IoT).
- Leadership: Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
