Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging trends such as Generative AI, Blockchain, and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Product, and Executive stakeholders to prioritize innovation initiatives.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with adopting new and unproven technologies.
- Develop proof-of-concept prototypes for strategic technologies.
- Monitor industry competitors and global technology shifts to maintain a first-mover advantage.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or leading strategic digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, and Edge Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business insights.
- Strong leadership presence and experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
