Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive strategic roadmap aligned with business goals, focusing on AI integration and scalable infrastructure.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Prioritization: Work with product managers to prioritize R&D initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Innovation Labs: Lead pilot programs and internal hackathons to prototype future state solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technical consulting within a high-growth tech environment.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and AI/ML paradigms.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and executing them successfully.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
