Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the company's 2026 Technology & Innovation Roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends, including the evolution of AI, spatial computing, and quantum readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-proof product concepts.
- Evaluate and integrate next-generation software stacks to ensure long-term scalability.
- Present strategic technology proposals to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Identify acquisition or partnership opportunities with future-tech startups.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or software engineering.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, Web3, and the projected technological landscape of 2026.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market disruptions.
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex tech concepts for stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
