Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to define the company’s technological direction and product roadmap for the next three years.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Continuously monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Robotics) to identify viable business opportunities.
- Strategic Implementation: Oversee the transition of high-level concepts into actionable product strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to align technology initiatives with business goals and financial forecasts.
- Future-Proofing: Develop frameworks to ensure the organization’s infrastructure remains resilient and scalable in the rapidly evolving digital landscape of 2026.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal innovation projects and hackathons focused on futuristic problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Product Management, Strategic Planning, or Technology Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to forecast long-term industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
