Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready AI/ML frameworks and human-centric interfaces

- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech deployment methodologies
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Physics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping futuristic products (AR/VR, brain-computer interfaces, or similar)
- Expertise in federated learning, neuromorphic computing, or post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed venues
- Experience advising Fortune 500 CTOs on technology transformation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global tech governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized technologies with $10M+ impact
