What You Will Do
- Lead Strategic Roadmaps: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying key technology trends and integration points.
- Emerging Tech R&D: Spearhead research into next-generation technologies, ensuring Aether Systems remains years ahead of the competition.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical forecasts into clear strategies for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Prototyping & Validation: Oversee the development of proof-of-concept prototypes for future product features.
- Market Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and regulatory environments.

- Expertise: 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Visionary: A proven ability to see beyond current constraints and imagine viable future solutions.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Architecture, and emerging hardware trends.
- Communication: Exceptional skills in articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning R&D goals with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum, Bio-digital interfaces).
- Lead cross-functional teams in the prototyping of future product concepts.
- Monitor competitive landscape and forecast industry disruptions.
- Publish thought leadership and white papers on future technology trends.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on future tech regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proven track record of leading innovation in a large-scale tech organization.
