Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology vision roadmap
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify disruptive market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with engineering/product teams on prototype development
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes
- Drive innovation through cross-functional hackathons and labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
