- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to align 2026 strategic initiatives with corporate KPIs.
- Champion a culture of innovation, fostering an environment where bold ideas are tested and refined.
- Define and execute pilot programs for next-generation technologies to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-level executives and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ethical implications of emerging tech to ensure compliance and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Generative AI and Web3.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize vast amounts of data into clear strategic directives.
- Strong leadership presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
