Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Spearhead the strategic planning and execution of long-term technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry-leading advancements.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Architect scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems that integrate seamlessly with our existing cloud ecosystems, focusing on predictive modeling and automation.
- Quantum-Ready Architecture: Design systems that are future-proof, preparing our core infrastructure for the eventual shift toward quantum computing and advanced processing.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, synthetic data) to determine their viability for implementation.
- Team Orchestration: Mentor senior engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Risk & Compliance: Navigate the complex landscape of future tech regulations, ensuring all strategic implementations remain compliant with evolving global standards.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year outlook).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and large language model integration.
- Cloud Mastery: Advanced certifications and practical experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including serverless and containerization technologies.
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
