Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with company vision
- Lead discovery initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research institutions, and VCs
- Oversee cross-functional innovation labs and manage $5M+ innovation budgets
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic systems)
- Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite and external stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
