Responsibilities
- Define and articulate a comprehensive technology vision for the year 2026, aligning it with corporate strategic goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech trends and high-impact opportunities.
- Lead the R&D roadmap, prioritizing projects that ensure long-term scalability and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for experimental technologies.
- Evaluate and pilot new technologies (e.g., AI agents, edge computing) to validate feasibility and ROI.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of identifying and leveraging emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) to drive business growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving complex projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into strategic value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
