Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap in alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, AR/VR) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Lead cross-functional innovation squads to prototype and pilot high-impact technologies.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget and resources for strategic initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for technology adoption and change management within the organization.
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive threats and opportunities.
- Present strategic insights and technology forecasts to board members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or business development within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and innovation labs is highly preferred.
