Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive long-term technical roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) to determine feasibility for the 2026 product suite.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate strategic initiatives into sprint cycles.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor roadmaps and technological advancements to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Resource Allocation: Guide budget planning and resource allocation for high-impact technical initiatives leading up to 2026.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for executives, investors, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Strategy, or Engineering Management, with a focus on long-term planning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Software Development Life Cycles.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining successful product roadmaps and delivering complex technical projects on time.
- Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
