Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the comprehensive 2026 Technology Vision and strategic roadmap.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Advanced AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future tech solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to align technology investments with business goals.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for future tech adoption and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Consulting, or R&D Management.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging digital infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment.
