Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the organization, specifically focusing on readiness for the 2026 landscape.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, Web3, AR/VR) to assess their viability and potential impact on business operations.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders and investors.
- Project Governance: Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructure seamlessly.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee the internal innovation lab, prototyping future products and services to test market fit.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with key technology providers and research institutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology strategy, IT management, or product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee market shifts and lead teams through digital transformation.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern software architecture, cloud computing, and AI integration.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
