Responsibilities
- Design and prototype next-generation technology architectures spanning AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to pioneer emerging fields
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with potential for commercialization by 2026
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Oversee integration of futuristic technologies into existing product ecosystems
- Present visionary technology blueprints to investors and industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in architecting quantum or AI systems at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, or quantum cryptography
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major conference proceedings
- Experience leading R&D teams with $5M+ budgets
- Strong background in technology commercialization and product lifecycle management
