Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, identifying disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Develop commercialization frameworks for emerging technologies, ensuring market alignment and revenue generation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite and investors, securing funding and executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to guide ethical innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership, with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, papers, or keynotes)
