Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through 2026
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence and feasibility studies for disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership

- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
