Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps and adoption strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies and assess market viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams on futuristic technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
