- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technologies including AI ethics and quantum security
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships for next-gen technology adoption and integration
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting future technology landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 3-5 year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, or sustainable tech)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or technology management
- Experience with technology valuation models and ROI analysis for futuristic initiatives
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
