Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipeline expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech startups to co-develop next-gen capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with data-driven ROI projections
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting future technology landscapes
- Drive internal innovation culture through thought leadership and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology evaluation and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., generative AI, spatial computing, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in market sizing and trend forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS ML Specialist, Google Cloud AI Engineer) preferred
