Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions for 2026 deployment
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews in AI, biotech, and clean energy
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify acquisition opportunities

Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or emerging tech research
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of executing future-focused initiatives
