- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with evolving tech regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech systems
- Proven track record of launching technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
- Strong network connections with academic and government innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
