Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology foresight initiatives for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Develop innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate future tech into production systems
- Present technology strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research labs and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for breakthrough solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Experience with technology lifecycle management from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
