Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on tech adoption roadmaps
- Produce competitive intelligence reports and scenario analyses for emerging tech trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Advise executive leadership on tech investments and innovation portfolio management
- Represent InnovateTech at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and futures research methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
