Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) into core offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026+ market potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions and tech startups
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate tech trends into business value
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
